I've consumed alcohol, can I drive your watercraft?Plain and simple, the driver in charge of operating the Jet Ski cannot be under the influence or consume any alcohol while driving. If any driver is seen drinking an alcoholic beverage during the operation of our watercraft the rental will be terminated immediately and all costs associated with your rental will be forfeited. Please choose a responsible and non-consuming driver or the fun is over. NO REFUND. We take this extremely seriously, your safety and the safety of those around you is our number 1 priority.

Is insurance available for the Jet Ski?Watercraft rental insurance is non-existent in the industry, which means liability is the sole responsibility of the renter. Smart and safe usage of the watercraft is of utmost importance.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Can you pull a tube on the Jet Ski?Yes, all of our jet skis are equipped to pull a tube. You will need a minimum of three people to achieve this however; a flagger 12 years or older, a driver, and the tuber. Tube & Tow available to rent for an additional fee.

Is fuel included in the rental rate?Fuel is NOT included. The watercraft leaves full, and must return full. In the case that you are unable to refuel or have requested a delivery/pick up, the credit card on file used to make the reservation will be charged a $50 fill up fee.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

If the watercraft becomes damaged while in my possession am I responsible?Mechanical malfunctions are not the responsibility of the renter unless they were caused by the renter and/or their party. External damage to equipment or any type of poor & improper use of the jet skis will become the full responsibility of the renter even if the renter is not the operator at the time the damage is made. In order to keep our no deposit policy, we expect you to treat our jet skis as if they were your own and return them in the same conditon you receive them in. Costs for any damages made to our watercrafts while in your possession must be paid in full by the renter. The credit card used to book your reservation will be kept on file and will be subsequently charged for any and all damages caused. In the event that card cannot be charged other arrangements will be made and full payment is that of the renter. Please see our rental policy to see what types of damages you may be responsible for.

Do I need to wear a life jacket?All operators must wear a USCG approved life vest while on the watercraft whether it is in motion or not. Life jackets will be included with the Jet Ski.

How does Delivery/ Pick Up Work?In your reservation please specify what location/lake you would like your delivery to be made to. We will call you 15 mins prior to our arrival and you must meet us at the dock to get the Jet Skis into the water to start your reservation. Pick Up will operate the same way.
